The dispenser is strong and works well. However I rated it 4 stars because the "lock" is is just a turning mechanism, anything that can fit into the slot is a key. I would not use it in a area with a risk of tampering, because its easy to bypass. Overall, its great!
I am so thrilled to have paper towel dispenser in our guest bathroom! Easy to install, easy to use and no batteries! Totally fuss free! The best part is the trifold paper towels I got at Costco fits this dispenser too!
It's cleaner than those bathroom hand towels that everyone has to share, which is gross.
Great napkin dispenser. Works as intended. Locks and key is included. Very easy to install. We used drywall anchors. I did not try to use the mounting anchors that came with the dispenser. Holds plenty of napkins and looks great in our commercial bathrooms.
This towel dispenser is compact and easy to install, but check the measurements on the multifold towels you want to use. It's made of all plastic of course but seems sturdy enough to get the job done and I didn't really want anything huge. Super easy to install using the adhesive hooks supplied and these seem to be working fine on my painted drywall walls. They also include drywall anchors if you prefer a sturdier anchor. My local warehouse club sells only Marathon multifold towels and they measure just a touch wider than the 3.1" stated on the box. A single pack of these fits inside just perfectly, but a little snugly. I tried the first few towels and it did dispense them just fine. I'll update after using a whole pack because it could have trouble with the towel stack getting hung up against the anchor bolt heads. Other than that open question, I'd recommend. Update July 2025: Works just fine with the Marathon towels. Love it!
This is a nice looking paper towel holder. It's not big and bulky like some others. The weight is just right for small business or residential use. For large commercial offices/buildings, I would consider something heavier. It coordinates well with the AnyDry soap dispenser.
This dispenser was super easy to install: three screws and you're done. It is not very heavy so I did not even need drywall anchors (I did make sure to put the middle screw in stud). It's easy to load as well. This was a perfect pick for our church. It's not too big or bulky, which is great for our space. The dispenser fits tri-fold towels up to 10x3.1 inches perfectly, making it very convenient to use. I'm definitely giving this a thumbs up-functional, compact, and easy to install.
